I’m António Guimarães and I work in Engenharia Humana (human engineering): helping people and organisations be at their best through human relations, communication, leadership and coaching.
I believe excellence starts with people. My work is to help each person know themselves better, communicate better and lead with more confidence, in their personal lives and in their teams.
This vision led me to two projects I’m glad to share: LifeWave, where I’m a Brand Partner, with a light-based wellbeing technology, and Evolution Community, a community of entrepreneurs who grow together.

LifeWave is a global wellness technology company, founded in 2004 and known for its non-transdermal phototherapy patches: they interact with light and reflect specific wavelengths back to the body, without introducing any substances through the skin.

What data I collect. The data you give me through this card: name, WhatsApp number, town or city and your answers to the virtual assistant’s questions (for example, the topic you’re interested in, the products you’d like to know about or your interest in the opportunity). I also record visits and clicks on the card anonymously.
How I use it. To contact you and respond to your enquiry about Engenharia Humana, LifeWave products or the opportunity, and to improve this card. I do not use your data for any other purpose or sell it to third parties.
Legal basis. Your consent, given when you send your answers, and any pre-contractual steps you request. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Who has access. Myself and the technical providers that host the card and send the notifications, who are bound by a duty of confidentiality. LifeWave purchases are made on the brand’s official website and Evolution Community sign-ups on the community’s website, each with its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it. For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, at most, 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires me to keep it longer.
Your rights. You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by emailing the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).
Visit statistics. To know how often this card is opened, we count visits anonymously: day and time, country and approximate city, type of device, system and browser, phone language, where you came from (QR code, link or social network) and the buttons you tap. We do not store your IP address or use cookies for this, and this data cannot identify you. Only we see these figures, which are deleted after 24 months.
Cookies. This card does not use advertising cookies. The YouTube video is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
